Scope of work:

Research & Development: Research and explore the latest products and solutions related to SCADA, IoT, software, and other monitoring solutions.
Technical Consultation & Support:
- Provide in-depth technical advice for projects, supporting sales teams with systems related to automation, Dataloggers, cameras, and other solutions.
- Assist customers with Datalogger configuration and technical issue resolution.
Project Implementation & Training:
- - Participate in on-site project implementation, installation, and operation (requires long-term domestic and international travel).
  - Organize internal and customer training sessions on Dataloggers, software, and other R&D solutions.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Prepare regular reports on SCADA, IoT, and other monitoring solutions.
- Contribute ideas for process optimization, cost reduction in production, and operations.
Collaboration:
- - Work directly with manufacturers/vendors to update on new data transmission technologies and solutions.
  - Support the inspection, verification, and design/production of Dataloggers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical - Electronics, Information Technology, or Mechatronics from universities like Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, working on Application, Service, or SCADA for companies in the fields of measurement and automation.
- We also welcome fresh graduates with a solid knowledge base and a proactive attitude.
Core Competencies:
- Knowledge and experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of industrial measurement devices (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.).
- Strong grasp of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, OPC, Profibus.
- Solid foundation in SCADA systems and IoT applications.
- Experience or understanding of programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Has participated in projects integrating monitoring/IoT/SCADA systems.
Other Skills

- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory for direct communication with international manufacturers.
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to effectively explain and present solutions to both internal teams and clients.

Competitive starting fixed salary (negotiated based on experience).
