Những ngày gần đây, tại xưởng lắp ráp và kiểm tra thiết bị của Viet An, đội ngũ Nghiên cứu – Phát triển và Sản xuất đang phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng khối PE/PS để hoàn thiện những công đoạn cuối cùng trong dự án tích hợp hệ thống giám sát nước – hơi (SWAS) cho một nhà máy luyện nhôm quy mô lớn tại khu vực phía Nam.
Dự án lần này đánh dấu một cột mốc quan trọng khi Việt An triển khai số lượng lớn hệ thống tủ phân tích SWAS, sử dụng toàn bộ thiết bị đến từ SWAN – Thụy Sĩ, thương hiệu hàng đầu toàn cầu trong lĩnh vực giám sát hóa – lý chất lượng nước và hơi nước.

At Viet An’s production facility, engineers and technicians are working diligently to finalize key steps — from integrating equipment cabinets to meet technical standards, calibrating parameters according to the configuration of each measurement point, testing signal paths and modules, to packaging the system and preparing complete technical documents and pre-delivery inspection checklists for the customer.

At the Steam Drum Area, the key monitored parameters include:

A Sustainable Solution for Safe Operations
The installation and operation of the SWAS system enable the plant to proactively prevent corrosion and scaling in the boiler system, reduce the risk of silica deposits on turbine blades, ensure safe operation, extend equipment lifespan, and comply with strict quality control standards in modern industrial environments.
