RTD & TC Temperature Measuring Devices with Dual Sensor Technology
In manufacturing processes, precise temperature measurement is crucial for the quality of the final product. Dual Sensor technology compares results from two sensors, ensuring the most accurate temperature and quickly detecting discrepancies.
X-WELL Temperature Sensors
These sensors do not interfere with the piping containing the medium, saving costs on intrusive pipe cutting.
Micro Motion Coriolis Flow Meters
Emerson pioneered Coriolis flow measurement technology, offering features such as:
- High accuracy and durability.
- Measurement of flow, mass, and concentration.
- Volume flow measurement.
Rosemount Vortex Flow Meters
For the Rosemount 8800 series, the flow meter comprises three parts: transmitter, sensor, and body (pipe flange connection). This design makes it easier to replace spare parts without removing the entire device.
The 8800 Quad Vortex Flow model is SIL 3 certified and has minimal leakage.
Radar and Guided Wave Radar Level Measuring Devices
Emerson's Radar Level devices, with a scanning frequency of 80Hz, can penetrate foam layers in solvents, reaching the solvent surface to provide accurate and reliable level measurements.
